About Eunice
Hon. Eunice Mboya is a proud alumna of Kuja Special School for the Deaf whose inspiring journey exemplifies the transformative power of education, perseverance, and leadership. From the classrooms of Kuja to making history as Kenya's first Deaf County Legislator, she has broken barriers and paved the way for greater inclusion of Deaf persons in public leadership.
Today, Eunice serves as a lecturer at the Kenya Institute of Special Education (KISE), where she is helping to shape the next generation of educators and advocates for inclusive education. She is also a respected leader within Kenya's Deaf community, championing the rights, dignity, and full participation of Deaf people in all aspects of society.
